Zallaf Libya Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company is a state-owned oil and gas company based in Tripoli, Libya. It was established in 2013 with the aim of exploring, producing and developing oil and gas resources in the country. Zallaf is primarily focused on onshore exploration and production, with operations in the Ghadames Basin in the western part of Libya. The company’s activities include drilling new wells, enhancing existing production, and developing new fields. Zallaf’s long-term goal is to increase Libya’s oil and gas production and contribute to the country’s economic growth. Despite the ongoing political instability in the country, Zallaf continues to operate and has signed agreements with several international oil companies for joint exploration and production projects.
