Oltcit is a defunct Romanian automaker, initially a joint venture between Citroën and the Romanian government. Established in 1976, its primary focus was manufacturing passenger cars. Based in Craiova, Romania, the company aimed at producing vehicles mainly for the domestic market. After the collaboration with Citroën ended, the brand continued as Oltenia Auto under Romanian ownership. Operations were phased out in the early 2000s.
