Based on the Figma rename-tool (CMD + R), it’s powerful and simple to use. Just select a few components and open the plugin.
You can find & replace (even with Regular Expressions if you want), or just change every description on your selection. Also supports importing the recently used values, using incrementing (or decrementing) numbers, the current description and the layer name.
Has a nice preview to see what your descriptions will look like.
