The International Trade Administration (ITA) is a U.S. government agency that is part of the Department of Commerce. The ITA’s primary mission is to help U.S. businesses and workers succeed in the global economy by promoting trade and investment, enforcing trade laws, and providing trade policy analysis and advocacy. The ITA has a number of divisions and offices that focus on different aspects of international trade, including industry and analysis, enforcement and compliance, and market access and compliance. The ITA also provides a range of services to U.S. businesses, such as trade counseling, market research, and export financing.
