Hessischer Leichtathletik Verband (HLV) is the athletics association for the state of Hesse in Germany. It is responsible for organizing athletics events and competitions in the region, as well as promoting the development of athletics in Hesse. The HLV is affiliated with the Deutscher Leichtathletik-Verband (DLV), the national athletics association for Germany, and is a member of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF). The HLV works to support the growth of athletics in Hesse by providing resources and support for athletes, coaches, and clubs, and by organizing local, regional, and national athletics events.
