The Small Boat Program is a division of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in the United States. It is responsible for the operation, maintenance, and management of the small boat fleet of the NOAA Corps, the uniformed service of NOAA. The Small Boat Program is headquartered at the NOAA Marine Operations Center in Norfolk, Virginia and has regional offices in Kodiak, Alaska and Pascagoula, Mississippi.
