The RIT Cary Graphic Arts Collection is a collection of rare books, manuscripts, and artifacts related to the history of printing, graphic design, and book arts, located at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York. The collection is considered one of the most important and extensive collections of its kind in the world and it covers a wide range of topics, from the earliest days of printing to the latest digital technologies. The collection includes incunabula (books printed before 1501), fine press books, illustrated books, typographic specimens, and more. The collection also features a large collection of original artwork, including drawings, engravings, and lithographs.
