Newly named Develon, formerly Doosan is a South Korean multinational corporation that operates in a variety of industries including construction equipment, power generation, and engineering. The company was founded in 1896 as Park Seung Jik Store and has since grown to become one of the largest companies in South Korea. Doosan’s construction equipment business manufactures and sells a wide range of equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, and forklifts. The power generation business designs, manufactures, and sells power generation equipment such as gas generators and boilers. The engineering business provides services such as plant engineering, process engineering, and environmental engineering.
