CompuPro was an American computer manufacturer, based in California, that was active from the 1970s to the 1990s. The company was known for producing a wide range of computer products, including 8-bit and 16-bit personal computers, add-on cards, and peripheral devices. They were particularly known for their S-100 bus computers, which were popular in the hobbyist and small business markets. CompuPro also offered a wide range of software and support services. The company was considered to be a major player in the early days of the personal computer industry, however it went out of business in the 1990s, as the market shifted towards IBM PC compatibles and the company wasn’t able to adapt.
